Bentley Partners with St. Regis and Luxury Collection Hotels
posted by Bryan Joslin on 17 April 2012 in Lifestyle and Gear News
Should fortunate circumstances find you checking in at the St. Regis Hotel in, say, Singapore or Abu Dhabi, you’re bound to be impressed by the standard of service and accommodation delivered by such a world-class luxury resort. Improving on the experience may seem difficult, but being chauffeured about in a Bentley Continental Flying Spur is certainly one way.
For years, Bentley has counted on the St. Regis Hotel to accommodate guests for various official functions, and now the two companies are strengthening their ties with a formal partnership. Bentley’s Flying Spurs will comprise the official fleet at the hotel’s flagship locations throughout the world. This arrangement will also extend to Luxury Collection hotels, which are also owned by St. Regis’s parent company Starwood Hotels.
“At Bentley, we are committed to maintaining our position as the definitive British luxury car company,” according to Joe Ashworth, head of customer relations at Bentley Motors. “It is therefore important that we partner with a pinnacle brand that underpins our own values of craftsmanship, style and sophistication. Our current and prospective customers recognise the heritage of both brands, and with Starwood’s Luxury Brands we aim to broaden the appeal and experience of Bentley.”
You don’t have to travel to an exotic locale to experience the royal treatment, however. The St. Regis flagship hotel in Manhattan is on the list as well.
