Land Rovers are no strange sight at upscale ski resorts, so it seems natural that the company would pair up with three of the big ones to provide support as their official automotive partner. The agreement between Land Rover North America and Intrawest, the parent company of all three premiere resorts, was announced yesterday.

Under the agreement, Land Rover vehicles will be on display and used on the grounds of the resorts at Stratton Mountain in Vermont, and at Steamboat and Winter Park in Colorado. The resorts will also host Land Rover Experience Days, similar to the program we recently attended at Biltmore Estate in North Carolina. Guests will be offered the opportunity to learn off-road driving skills and sharpen their winter driving techniques under the guidance of a certified Land Rover driving instructor.
