Breitling Introduces Limited Edition Bentley Continental Supersports Watch
As part of the long and storied partnership between Bentley and its favorite timekeeper, Breitling, the two companies have teamed up for what they're calling "A superchronograph for a supercar." IN other words, a special edition watch inspired by the Bentley Continental Supersports. Breitling's website doesn't mention cost, but only 1000 examples will be build worldwide, and we're hoping they all go to real Supersports owners, not wannabes.
The watch's raised and knurled metal bezel motif is meant to evoke the design of Bentley's switchgear, and the black, white and red coloring of the face meshes well with the Supersports' design and personality. Two bands are offered--a black rubber one that looks as comfortable as the Continental's soft leather seats, and a "Speed bracelet" made of metal. And like with a supercar debut, we'd feel pretty silly not listing some of the watch's specs right below this picture.
