TechArt Completes Porsche Panamera Individualization Program
With every modified Panamera that debuts, it's another chance for enthusiasts around the world to look at the car again and decide whether its a true Porsche or a strange, sausage-shaped mistake for the brand. Granted, most of the critics haven't experienced how great the car is to drive, but that's what makes the internet so wonderful. Anyway, the highly-regarded Porsche tuning house of TechArt has finally announced a full Individualization Program for the Panamera, meaning they had a reason to get their car (three cars, actually) out for a photo shoot.
The TechArt package for the Panamera includes new fascias, multiple wheel options, and a small cover for the inside corner of each taillight. We think that last bit is a great little detail that helps square-off and widen the rear of the car, making it look more muscular and less awkward. But we also think that this car completely swallows up 21- and 22-inch wheels like they're donut spares.
Currently, the tuning options are only offered on the Panamera S and Panamera 4S. We suspect the company is working on something a little less restrained for the top-level Turbo model. In addition to the minor exterior updates you see, TechArt will offer a variety of interior options including Alcantara headliners, custom seat colors and stitching, and a whole set of various precious woods. We'll bring you more pictures of the TechArt Panamera from their booth at March's Geneva Motor Show.
