L.A. Auto Show Coverage

As auto shows go, Los Angeles has evolved into the stage of choice for showing off the latest in green technology — from hybrids to diesels to hydrogen fuel cells. This year is no exception. We'll see a new 170-mpg diesel-hybrid Volkswagen, Audi's electric e-Tron sports coupe and Mercedes's S400 hybrid sedan. Of course, it's not all granola in the city of angels. Porsche will debut its Boxster Spyder, and the all-new Rolls-Royce Ghost will be introduced publicly. Occupying the middle ground between these extremes, Ford will show off its American-spec Fiesta, and we may even see the Saab 9-5 in what could be its last auto show appearance, ever.
